Cross-Border & International Tax

Smythe Ratcliffe has a practice segment focusing on providing cross-border and international tax advice.  We assist clients and other Canadians structure their investment into the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America and other parts of the globe.   We also advise US and other foreign enterprises starting  a business in Canada and work with them to select and maintain an optimal structure.  

In advising our clients, we work closely with our tax colleagues in affiliated PKF offices in 125 countries around the world.  Wherever possible, we maintain personal relationships with our PKF International colleagues.  This helps you to get the most prompt and tailored advice possible.
