As a founding member of Smythe Ratcliffe, Larry has watched the tightly-knit family of accountants grow into a progressive, dynamic firm.

Larry is the Managing Partner and an Assurance Partner at Smythe Ratcliffe. He has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with owner-managed businesses focusing on accounting, tax and general business solutions. Larry has worked with clients from the manufacturing, construction, transportation, hospitality, offshore investments and financing industries. He enjoys creating value for clients and working with a Firm that values integrity, sustainability and loyalty.

Larry is a member of the PKF North American Network (PKFNAN) Membership Committee. Through this work, he reaches out to organizations of some 90 firms in Canada, United States and Mexico.

Larry enjoys softball and has contributed time to the Burnaby Minor Softball Club.
