Smythe Ratcliffe - Vancouver Chartered Accountants

Rick Henshaw is a founding Partner of Smythe Ratcliffe and has been practicing accounting for more than 40 years. Rick has extensive accounting, assurance and taxation experience with owner-managed and reporting companies, as well as institutional and not-for-profit organizations in Canada and the USA. He has worked with clients in industries ranging from natural resource exploration and development, agriculture, manufacturing and high-tech development. Rick also has significant experience with First Nations Bands.

Rick attended Acadia University in Nova Scotia before joining Smythe Ratcliffe in 1980.

Rick has volunteered his time for non-profit community and sports organizations in various capacities including coach, manager, referee, treasurer and director.
