Each of our employees has a personal Development Advisor and each will receive a thorough review session every six months. Furthermore, with our membership in PKF, an international association of worldwide accounting firms, our employees benefit from international training and development including PACE - Performance and Career Excellence program. Smythe Ratcliffe employees can also work at one of our member firms in major markets around the world through our PKF exchange program.
