Our Coaching Advantage

Throughout your Career at Smythe Ratcliffe you will have a Coach and a Mentor to help you build your goals and see them through to completion. Your Coach will ensure you have all the resources you need to guide your career development.

Our Training Advantage

We offer a variety of training programs to ensure our staff have the resources they need to excel. Our new starts participate a three week program which includes formal, classroom training and on the job experience. We also run programs to build your knowledge in key industries and to keep you up to date with changes in reporting standards.

CASB

When you begin CASB, dedicated experts will provide support and training on all aspects of the program. Your schedule will also be monitored closely to ensure that you are given assignments to solidify your knowledge.

UFE

Your success in the UFE is important to us. Our UFE committee is responsible for developing training programs and matching the right mentors and markers with students. To keep this knowledge fresh, the committee will always include a recent writer and your markers will never be more than two years from successful completion.

Our partners and senior staff are also dedicated to supporting our students while they prepare for their final exam. As a result, our firm maintains a strong success rate of over 90%!
